Noted panel experts will present an introduction to the issue of human trafficking for the Los Angeles community.

Panelists Include:

Panel Moderator - West Hollywood Mayor Abbe Land Kay Buck - Executive Director CAST (Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking) Heidi Rummel - Assistant U.S. Attorney Civil Rights Section, Criminal Division U.S. Attorney's Office Steve Wagner - Director Human Trafficking U.S. Department of Health & Human Services Trafficking Survivors Issues discussed will include:



* Forced labor throughout the world,the U.S. and in L.A.

* Success stories of victims turned human rights advocates

* What you can do to help stop modern-day slavery
